We have 2 main categories of programs: those focused on building muscle mass and sculpting the body, and those focused on performance.
Each program has a version of 3, 4 or 5 workouts per week to suit any type of schedule.
When you sign up for the first time, there is a serie of questions to help you pick the best plan according to your goals.
Our app is very versatil so you can also switch between different programs if your goals change over time.
we know that the best way to progress is to know what you did last time. For this reason, our application has several tracking features:
- Live performance recording: during a workout, enter the number of repetitions, the weight used or the effort time for each exercise series
- Evolution curves: analyze the evolution of your performance per exercise, evaluate your regularity and track changes in numerous physiological parameters (weight, waist circumference, hours of sleep, etc.).
- BEFORE/AFTER pictures: take pictures to see how your body changes over time.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you cancel, you will still have access to all the features of your plan until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you won’t be charged again. There are no hidden fees or penalties for canceling.
