The BOOTY BUILDER plan is designed for young women who want to transform their bodies both aesthetically and functionally. With a focus on gluteal development, upper body toning (especially the back), and waist strengthening, the aim is to help you achieve a strong, sexy figure. The plan cleverly combines traditional weightlifting techniques with HIIT cardio sessions. This versatile approach will not only sculpt your physique, but also improve your overall fitness (especially strength and cardiovascular endurance). And don't worry, YOU WON'T LOOK LIKE A MAN! Programs are spread over a 20-week period, divided into 2 cycles of 8 weeks of intensive training, followed by a week of active recovery and a week of total rest. This structure allows for gradual progression and adequate recovery for optimum results. Whatever your current fitness level, or your desired training frequency (3, 4 or 5 days a week), this plan has everything you need.
